The Markelloquium! is a revival of the former Criminal Law Theory Colloquium first founded by Dan Markel over a decade ago. The Markelloquium! aims for a colloquium-style in depth discussion of works in progress in the field of criminal law and procedure. Presentation of papers is by invitation only, and papers will be selected following a call for papers.
