ABOUT
The Markelloquium! is a revival of the former Criminal Law Theory Colloquium first founded by Dan Markel over a decade ago. The Markelloquium! aims for a colloquium-style in depth discussion of works in progress in the field of criminal law and procedure. All meetings are held in New York City, and meetings occur about twice per academic semester. Presentation of papers is by invitation only. Papers will be selected following a call for papers.
